Controller
The controller for the data processing described below is the office designated in the legal information.
Usage data
When you visit our website, so-called usage data are temporarily stored on our web server for statistical purposes in the form of a log file that is used to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of the following:
- Name and address of the requested content
- Date and time of the query
- Amount of data transferred
- Access status (content transferred, content not found)
- Description of the web browser and operating system used
- Referral link indicating the site that has referred you to our site
- The IP address of the requesting computer, which is truncated so that association with a specific individual can no longer be established
The aforementioned log data are evaluated solely in anonymized form.
Storing of the IP address
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for the intended purpose only for a duration of seven days to enable us to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. At the end of this period we delete and/or make the IP address anonymous. The legal basis for this is Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of the GDPR.
Required cookies
We use cookies on our websites that are required for the use of our websites.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are erased as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond any one session.
We do not use these required cookies for analysis, tracking, or promotional purposes.
Some of these cookies contain solely information about certain settings and are not attributable to a specific individual. They may also be necessary to enable user navigation, security, and realization of the site.
Our use of these cookies is based on point (f) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
You can set your browser to notify you about the placement of any cookies. This renders the use of cookies transparent for you. You can also erase cookies at any time and prevent the setting of new cookies by using the pertinent browser settings. Please note that in that case it may not be possible to display our website, and some functions may no longer be technically available.
Access-protected area
If you wish to use our access-protected area, prior registration is required.
We only collect the data required for registration. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point (b) GDPR or on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 point (f) GDPR in the interest of providing you with the services and information of the access-protected area.
If we collect additional data, this is labelled as voluntary and is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point (a) GDPR.
If you would like to permanently unsubscribe from our access-protected area, please use the unsubscribe option provided in the area.
Storage Period
Unless we have already informed you in detail about the storage period, we delete personal data when it is no longer required for the aforementioned processing purposes and no statutory storage obligations prevent deletion.
